摘要
研究了不同聚丙烯纤维掺量、不同拌和工艺和微细掺料(粉煤灰)对聚丙烯纤维分散性能的影响,同时应用双掺技术补偿因聚丙烯纤维的粘滞作用而导致混凝土的流动性降低,使混凝土具有良好的粘聚性和可塑性,从而改善混凝土的和易性.研究结果为聚丙烯纤维混凝土配合比设计提供了新的思路和理论依据.
Effect of different amount of fiber, different mixing process and tenuous admixture on dispersibility of polypropylene(PP) fiber was studied. At the same time, application of double admixture was used to compensate the drag effect of PP fiber on concrete fluidity thus the con- crete has good plasticity and viscosity, its workability is much improved. The new ways and theo- retical principle for mix proportion design of PP fiber reinforced concrete are provided by the indoor experimental study.
