摘要
采用有机溶剂提取和柱层析分离等方法分离提取到胡黄连中的活性成分，经初步观察，胡黄连提取物对四氯化碳和硫代乙酰胺所致小白鼠急性肝损伤时谷丙转氨酶活性升高均有显著抑制作用。
Effective constituents of Picrorhiza Kurrooa were obtained by using organic solvents extraction and subsequent column chromatography. For pharmacological studies, the aqueous solution of the extract was used. The results showed that it signicantly restrained the elevation of GPT in serum caused by CCl 4 and thioacetamide induced hepatic damage in mice.
