在"以就业为导向"的原则指导下,全面构建具有职教特色的德育工作框架,使德育的目标更加明确,内容更加充实,教育手段全面更新,评价体系得到完善,德育队伍建没落到实处,从而使学校德育工作更具科学性、超前性、针对性、实效性。

Moral education is the key of moral education. The opening, practicing and specializing features of the vocational education, as well as its close relationship with social practice, determine that a new mode of moral education under new circumstances is needed. Guided by the employmentoriented principle, we must build a sound structure of moral education with vocational education features more specific aim, richer contents, renewed teaching methods, completed appraisal system, so as to cultivate high quality talents welcomed by employers with excellent professional and moral qualities.
