本文是作者基于九江职业技术学院十余年高职数控专业办学实践,对数控实训基地建设、师资队伍建设和提高实训教学效率、节约实训教学成本、创新实训教学流程、改革实训教学评价标准,培养高素质技能型人才途径的探索与总结。

Based on more than ten years running practice of CNC major in Jiujiang Vocational ＆ Technical College, the author makes a probe and summary of a way of cultivating highly capable personnel with high qualities by base construction of CNC practice, faculty team reconstruction ＋ improvement of practice teaching efficiency, cost saving of practice teaching, innovate practice teaching procedure and reform evaluation standard of practice teaching.
