在信息网络化、经济全球化日益发展的今天,高职院校面临教育与管理体制改革、大学生心理矛盾突出等多方面的挑战,班级德育工作应采取新的对策,在育人观念、育人内容和育人机制上大胆创新,为构建和谐校园,促进社会稳定作出贡献。

Today, with the increasing development of the information network and globalization of economy, higher vocational colleges are facing the challenges of educational and administrative reform and the prominent psychological contradictions of the college students. Therefore, we have to take new measures to bring forth new ideas of educational concepts, items and systems. Only in this way, we are capable to build harmonious colleges and devote ourselves to the stabilities of the society.
