公平是构建和谐社会的必然要求,只有社会公平,人与人、人与社会的关系才能融洽协调,人的积极性才能得以发挥,社会才有活力。实现社会公平,应促使全体社会成员实现权利平等,正确处理公平与效率的关系,消除体制障碍,建设橄榄型的社会分配机制,形成"两头小,中间大"的利益分配格局。
