传统的中医药知识是中华民族灿烂文化中的瑰宝,是中华文明中重要的组成部分。对我国传统中医药知识的知识产权保护,应以保护和继承为前提,发展是根本,应修改药品专利申请标准、增设专利来源披露制度,积极推进国际立法,逐步建立起一套完整的与国际保护制度接轨的中医药知识产权保护制度。

Traditional Chinese-medicine lore is a gem and one of the most important composing parts of brilliant Chinese culture. As for the intellectual property protection, it should be made clear that protecting and inheritating the good parts of traditional chinese medicine is the precondition,developing should also be considered as the foundamental rule. Meanwhile it is also necessary to adjust the standards for patent application, add patent resource for the exposure of systems, and impel international legislationthe establishemnt of a complete system of intellectual property protection of traditional chinese medicine which matches to the international protection system.
