农产品绿色贸易壁垒的经济学分析

Economic analysis on Green Barrier of agricultural products

从供求关系、政治经济学、新制度经济学、国际贸易学等经济学角度分析农产品遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的原因。提出通过绿色农产品技术创新、农业标准化生产、建立绿色贸易壁垒的预警机制、加强政府宏观调控、积极参与国际贸易组织等途径来应对绿色贸易壁垒。

This paper analyzes the reasons of the Green Trade Barrier to agricuhural products on the basis of supply-demand, political economics, new institutional economics and international trade, then brings forward some measures to the Green Trade Barrier for agricultural products, such as technical innovation of the agricultural products, agricultural standardized production, establishing pre-warning mechanism of the green barrier, macro-controlling by the government, participating in the international organization of the trade, and so on.
