摘要
为有针对性地进行就业指导,提高高职高专毕业生就业率,本研究采用问卷调查的方式对信阳农专农业科学系2007届中草药栽培技术专业毕业生进行了调查。结果显示,毕业生的就业自主意识较强,薪酬期望趋于合理,选择职业的依据趋于科学。
In order to guiding job-hurting and improving employment rate of graduates, the Chinese herbs cultivation technology profession graduates, which will graduate from agricultural science department of Xinyang agricultural college at 2007 were investigated. The results show, graduates possess consuming job-hurting desire, reasonable salary asking and scientific job-hurting basis.
