东北三省大豆蛋白质和油分含量生态区划 被引量:14

REGIONIZATION OF PROTEIN AND OIL CONTENT IN SOYBEAN(G.MAX MERILL)IN THE NORTHEAST OF CHINA

摘要 大豆品质区划是优化大豆种植环境和优质品种布局的重要依据,对于大豆优质生产具有重要指导意义。本研究根据5个大豆品种在东北三省11个地点种植的蛋白质与油分含量和年推广面积在3333 hm2以上的97份大豆品种的品质指标,依据大豆品质的地点效应和品种效应的加权平均数对东北三省进行了品质区划。结果表明,大豆蛋白质含量和油分含量的年份效应、地点效应、地点×年份互作效应、基因型效应、基因型×地点互作、基因型×年份互作效应、基因型×地点×年份互作效应均达到极显著水平。依据大豆蛋白质含量和油分含量的地点效应和品种效应的加权平均数的聚类分析结果,同时考虑各地自然条件,兼顾行政区的完整性,将东北三省划分为五个大区,即北部高油大豆产区(Ⅰ-1区)、中西北部蛋白质和油分含量平衡区(Ⅱ-1区)、中部高油大豆产区(Ⅰ-2区)、中南部蛋白质和油分含量平衡区(Ⅱ-2区)、南部高蛋白大豆产区(Ⅲ区)。 Quality regionization in soybean was of importance for good quality soybean production, which gives advices for optimizing plant conditions and arrangement of soybean varieties. Ecological difference of protein and oil content in the northeast three provinces in China was analyzed by the experiment of 5 soybean(G, max Merill)varieties planted in 11 locations during 3 years and the quality traits of 97 soybean varieties planted 500 ha per year from Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning provinces,and quality regionatization was conducted according to the weighted average of genotypic and locations effects. The main results showed that there were highly significance among years effect, locations effect, years × locations interaction effect, genotype effect, genotype × years interaction effect, genotype × locations interaction effect, genotype × years × locations interaction effect for protein and oil content. According to the cluster analysis of weighted average of genotype and locations effects of protein and oil content, environment condition, of different location and administrative completence,the soybean production region in northeast three province was devided into five districts : north high- oil districts ( Ⅰ - 1 ) ; middle western- northern protein -oil balance district(Ⅱ -1);middle high-oil districts(Ⅰ-2);middle southern protein-oil balance district( Ⅱ - 2) ; southern high- protein districts( Ⅲ ).
