摘要
采用薄层层析法对扶正护髓口服液中的黄芪、女贞子、补骨脂等进行定性鉴别，并对样品中的黄芪甲甙进行含量测定研究，方法简便，专属性及重现性较好。
Fuzheng Husui Oral liquid is composed of Radix Astragali,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Fructus Psoraleae,etc.Its constituents are identified by TLC.Astragaloside IV in the sample is also determined.This simple method involves good specificity and can be used as the index of the quality control for Fuzheng Husui oral liquid.
