两种手术方法治疗腋臭疗效评估

Clinical evaluation of therapy on axillary osmidrosis

目的:对肿胀抽吸术及腋皱襞小切口皮下修剪术治疗腋臭两种方法进行临床评估。方法:采用这两种方法治疗腋臭患者116例,平均随访32月。从有效率、并发症发生率及出汗改善情况等方面进行临床评估。结果:肿胀抽吸术并发症的发生率低,但复发率高;腋皱襞小切口皮下修剪法有效率高,但并发症的发生率高。两种方法均可一定程度改善出汗状况。结论:对腋臭的治疗,两种方法各有优缺点,经医患双方沟通后,应根据情况采用个性化的治疗方案,方可获得良好的治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the therapy results on axillary osmidrosis by superficial lipsuction and manual shaving via small insions. Methods From Jan 2000 to Jun 2005, 116 patients （only 77 were available for long-term follow up） underwent surgery for bilateral axillary osmidrosis with two methods. The surgical complication and results were compared. Results Lipsuction comes out significantly fewer complications but is more recurrence than manual shaving for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis. The sweating can be reduced by two procedures without significant differences. Conclusion For the different cases, appropriate procedure is chosed deliberatively.
