高等中医美容专业学生就业情况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on employment of graduates majoring in TCM cosmetics

目的:了解高等中医美容专业本科学生就业情况,为更好地制定和完善中医学(中医美容方向)教学大纲、课程设置、教材选择及改进教学方法提供参考。方法:采用由研究者自行设计的"就业情况调查表"对南京中医药大学第二临床医学院2000、2001级中医学(中医美容方向)5年制本科毕业生共71名进行调查。结果:71名毕业生中从事美容行业毕业生为29人(40.85%),非美容行业42人(59.15%)。在美容行业中,医疗美容14人(48.3%),生活美容10人(34.5%)。非美容行业中,临床医疗(非美容医疗)22人(52.3%),2000级美容行业就业率高于2001级,医疗美容就业与生活美容就业率比较,无明显差异。结论:一次就业率为93%,就业分布为美容行业(医疗、非医疗)及相关行业,符合中医美容专业设置的目标,在课程结构的设置、各层次教育培养目标及学生就业心理培养方面仍需改进和提高。

Objective The purpose is finding out the employment situation of bachelor graduates majoring in TCM cosmetics,and working out and perfecting the syllabus,curriculum, teaching materials and teaching methods. Methods Through the questionnaire of ＂Investigation Form on Employment＂ designed by the author,71 graduates of Intake 2000 and Intake 2001 from Second Clinical College of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine receive the investigation. Results 71 graduates of bachelor degree majoring in TCM cosmetics are investigated and among them 29 students are engaged in cosmetic profession,accounting for 40.85%;and 59.15% of the graduates are busy with non-cosmetic profession. In terms of the graduates engaged in cosmetic profession,14 graduates are occupied with medical cosmetics, making up 48.3%;10 graduates work on apply cosmetics,constituting 34.5%.Regarding to non-cosmetic profession, 22 graduates are engaged in clinical medicine,occupying 52.3%. Employment rate in graduates of Intake 2000 is higher than that of Intake 2001.No significant difference concerning the employment rate could be found among the graduates engaged in medical cosmetics and apply cosmetic. Conclusion The employment rate is 93% and the graduates are mainly engaged in cosmetics and relevant profession, which meets the criteria of TCM cosmetics. With regard to the curriculum, objectives set for the students of different levels, and psychological training on employment, there is still much room to be improved.
