摘要
近年来,电湿效应已成为控制平面上微小液滴的常用手段,其应用已涉及诸多方面,如新型的电子显示器、变焦透镜等。参照一种基于该效应的可变焦液体透镜的模型,从系统的Helmholtz自由能着手给出外加电压与接触角的关系,并利用高斯光学理论推导出透镜焦距与外加电压的关系,在此基础上模拟给出了透镜焦距与外加电压的关系曲线。
Since recent years, electrowetting has been the wide means to control small liquid drops on planes. It has been applied in many aspects such as new-type displays, variable focus lenses etc. Based on a model of such an variable-focus liquid lens, this paper shows the relationship of the external voltage and the contact angle from the point of Helmholtz free energy. Utilizing the Gauss optics theory, we also provide the relationship of the external voltage and the focus and the corresponding computer simulation.
