摘要
搭建了针对10.6μm波长红外光的光子晶体探测系统,分析了在使用热敏探测器测量光强时,外界的热辐射干扰对光强探测的影响及产生的原因,并计算了高斯光束在经过透镜聚焦后在焦点附近的功率密度,揭示了光阑受热后会产生大量热辐射干扰,采用窄带滤光片可显著减小前置光阑热辐射的干扰。
A detect system is built for detecting the permeation phenomenon of 10. 6μm infrared rays through photonic crystals in this paper. The paper analyses the effect of outside heat radiation interference on the detection of refraction light power when a temperature sensing detector is used, and the cause of the effect. The power density around the focus of the convergent lens which Gaussian beam passes through is calculated, and it is concluded that the diaphragm produces much heat radiation interference when laser beam irradiates on it. The heat radiation interference caused by the front diaphragm can be minished by a narrow band-pass light filter.
