摘要
利用三氯氧磷与一缩二乙二醇或对苯二酚反应之后,再与正十二醇反应,最后通过水解,合成了2种新型双十二烷基双磷酸酯(DGDP,PDP)。产物经无水乙醇重结晶提纯后,通过IR、1HNMR、质谱和电位滴定测试技术进行了结构表征。电位滴定结果表明,双十二烷基双磷酸酯的2个酸羟基的强度十分接近;25℃时,DGDP和PDP的电离常数分别为3.940×10-4mol/L和4.255×10-3mol/L。20℃时,它们的临界胶束浓度分别为:9.0×10-4mol/L(DGDP)和1.3×10-3mol/L(PDP),在临界胶束浓度处的表面张力系数分别为:34.49mN/m(DGDP)和36.14mN/m(PDP)。
Two novel bi-dodecyl bi-phosphate compounds, DGDP and PDP were synthesized from phosphorous oxychloride, diethylene glycol (hydroquinone) and dodecanol via the esterification of two steps and the hydrolization of one step, and were purified by recrystallization in absolute ethyl alcohol. Their structures were characterized by IR, ^H NMR, MS and potentiometric titration. The results of potentiometric titration show that the acid strength of the two hydroxyls in bi-dodecyl bi-phosphate ( DGDP, PDP) was nearly identitcal. Their ionization constants at 25 ℃ are 3. 940 ×10^-4 mol/L(DGDP) and 4. 255 ×10^-3 mol/L(PDP) respectively. The critical micelle concentrations of their aqueous solutions at 20 ℃ are 9.0×10^-4 mol./L(DGDP) and 1.3×10^-3 mol/L(PDP) respectively. Their coefficients of surface tension at 20 ℃ are 34.49 mN/m (DGDP) and 36. 14 mN/m(PDP)at CMC respectively.
