财经类高职院校“双师型”教师培养模式初探

A Drobe Into Teacher Training Model for "Dual Teacher" style in Higher Professional Institutes of Finance and Economics

建设"双师型"教师队伍是高职院校师资队伍建设的一项重要内容,财经类院校在"双师型"教师队伍建设过程应有自己的特点。本文对目前"双师型"队伍建设的模式进行了归纳,概括为培训、引进、访问、参与、激励五种模式,并对其利弊进行了简要评述。最后以一些代表性专业为例,阐述了不同专业应对"双师型"教师有不同要求的观点。

Construction of teachers group is an improtant part in construction of quality of faculty in higher professional schools. The paper generizes, concludes current construction model and discusses its advantages and disadvantages.
