活精口服液治疗特发性弱精子症377例临床研究

A Clinical Study on Huojing Oral Liquid for 377 Cases of Idiopathic Asthenospermia

目的观察活精口服液治疗特发性弱精子症的疗效并探讨其机理。方法根据特发性弱精子症诊断标准和A级精子分成5组,20%≤A组<25%、15%≤B组<20%、10%≤C组<15%、5%≤D组<10%、0<E组<5%。分别给予活精口服液,每次50ml,每日2次。4个月为1个疗程,治疗前后分别作精液分析、精子线粒体功能等检测。结果2个疗程后,A、B、C、D、E组治疗前后精液分析差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);精子线粒体功能各组治疗前后差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。A、B、C、D、E组治疗前后疗效构成比差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);组间比较:A、B两组间差异无显著性意义,A、B两组与C、D、E组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),C、D两组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),C、D两组与E组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论活精口服液能改善特发性弱精子症的精子活力且与A级精子有相关性,其机理是促进了线粒体功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huojing Oral Liquid on idiopathic asthenospermia and study its mechanism. Methods According to the diagnosis standard of idiopathic asthenospermia and sperm motility of degree A, 377 cases were divided into 5 groups,which included A（20%-25%）, B（15%-20%）, C（10%-15%）, D（5%-10%）, E（0-5%）, supplied with Huojing Oral Liquid, 50ml,twice each day. Before and after a therapeutic period of 4 months,sperm analysis, sperm chondriosome function were tested. Results After two therapeutic periods,sperm analysis,function of sperm chondriosome and effectiveness rate of group A,B, C, D and E ,have significantly difference （P〈0.01）. The comparison of effectiveness showed no significant difference between A and B, C and D ,while there was significant difference among A ,B and C ,D ,E ,respectively（P〈0.05） ,significant difference between C and E, D and E（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Huojing Oral Liquid could improve the sperm motility of idiopathic asthenospermia,and was related to sperm of degree A by promoting chondriosome function.
