摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱检测微囊藻毒素(MC)的方法。方法:采用固相萃取法进行前处理,用二极管阵列检测器检测。结果:微囊藻毒素的加标回收率分别为MC-LR:89%和MC-RR:86%。方法检出限为0.04μg/L。结论:该法操作简便、灵敏度高、方法稳定。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of microcystins in water by high -performance liquid chromatograph. Methods: Microcystins in water samples were extracted by solid phase extraction and detected by diode array detector. Results :The recovery of microcystin from spiked water was 89% for MC - LR and 86% for MC - RR. The optimal condition enabled determination of common microcysins at the level as low as 0.04 μg/L Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive and stable.
