摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定水产品中土霉素、四环素、金霉素.方法:选择乙腈-0.01 mol/L柠檬酸溶液为流动相体系,采用梯度洗脱,流速0~6 min为0.4 ml/min;6~7 min为0.4~0.8 ml/min;7~12 min为0.8 ml/min.结果:当检测波长为355 nm时,土霉素检出限为0.010 mg/kg,四环素为0.008 mg/kg,金霉素为0.035 mg/kg,线性范围为0.04~1.0 mg/kg,相关系数为0.999,相对标准偏差为1.35%,加标回收率为85%~120%.结论:此测定方法简便,结果可靠,灵敏度高. Objective:To esteblish a simple method for simultaneous detection of oxytetracycline ,tetracycline, chlortetracycline in aquatic products by HPLC. nethods:A gradient elution method of citric acid with 0. 01 mol/L acetonitfile was used. The flow rate was 0. 4 ml/min in 0 - 6 min, then ascent to 0:8 ml/min in the next 2 min and kept invariable to the end. The detecting wavelength was 355 nm. Results: The limit of detection was 0. 010 mg/kg for oxytetracycline, 0. 008 mg/kg for tetracycline, 0. 035 mg/kg for chlortetracycline,and the linear range was 0. 04 - 1.0 mg/kg( r = 0. 999 ). The relative standard deviation was 1.35% and the recovery was 85% - 120%. Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used to detect the three antibiotics in aquatic products.
