摘要 目的:建立ICP-AES法测定泡打粉中的铝,加强监测,以期降低面制食品中的铝含量.方法:湿法消化对样品进行前处理,采用ICP-AES法测定泡打粉中的铝.结果:铝浓度在0.1~50 mg/L范围内,回归方程为Y=-0.4520+62.5358X,相关系数r=0.9998,检出限为0.022 mg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为2.07%,回收率96.7%~100.1%.结论:该法具有快捷,回收率高,准确度与精密度好等特点. Objective:To establish a method to determine aluminum in the baking powder by inductively coupled plasma -atomic emission spectrometry, strengthening supervision, then looking forward to debase aluminum in the flour foods. Methods:The pretreatment was performed using acid digestion technique, and the aluminum in the baking powder was determined by inductively coupled plasma -atomic emission spectrometry. Results:The linear range of this method was 0. 1 -50 mg/L Regression formula was Y = - 0. 4520 + 62. 5358X, r = 0. 9998. The detection limit of this method was 0. 022 mg/L, and the recovery was at the range of 96. 7% -100. 1%. Conclusion :The described method is fast and of high recovery , with satistled accuracy and precision.
