摘要
目的:探讨不同浸泡方法对给水塑料管中金属析出的影响及测定.方法:选择不同浸泡温度、不同浸泡时间和不同浸泡液进行浸泡试验,采用ICP-MS法测定浸泡液中铅、镉、锡、钡的析出量.结果:加标回收率在93.0%~101%,其相对标准偏差均低于4.2%.不同浸泡温度对塑料管材中金属的析出量影响较大,特别是锡的析出;金属析出量随浸泡时间增大而增大,浸泡时间超过18 h后,金属的析出量随浸泡时间增加变化较小;不同浸泡液对铅、镉、锡析出量影响较小.结论:测定方法准确可靠,测定塑料管材浸泡水中金属含量时要对温度进行控制.
Objective:To study the influence and testing of different soaking methods on the metal content separated out from plastic water supplying pipes. Methods:Different soaking temperature, time and different soaking liquids were chosen for experiment. Lead, cadmium, tin and barium in soaking liquids were analyzed by ICP - MS. Results:Spike recoveries were between 93.0% and 101% , and the relative standard deviations were lower than 4.2%. The content of metal separated from pipe was affected remarkably by soaking temperature, especially for tin. Metal content increased with soaking time, but after 18 hours, the content increased very slowly. The differences of soaking liquids had much little influence on lead, cadmium and tin content. Conclusion:This analysis method is accurate and credible. Temperature should be controlled when analyzing metal content in soaking liquid of plastic water supplying pipes.
