摘要 目的:建立一种悬浮液进样石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定鱼肉中的铅的实验方法.方法:优化一系列实验条件,包括悬浮剂、基体改进剂、灰化温度和原子化温度.结果:样品加标回收率为94.4%~102.2%,方法的检出限为0.061 μg/ml.结论:该法操作简便、快速、准确,测定结果与传统消化法一致,t检法表明二者无显著性差异. Objective:To establish a slurry sampling graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method to determine lead in fish samples. Methods:A series of experimental conditions were optimized, involving slurry agent, matrix modifier, ash temperature and atomization temperature. Results:Recoveries for lead in the spiked samples ranged from 94. 4% - 102. 2% and the limit of detection was 0. 061 μg/ml. Conclusion:The proposed method provides simple, rapid and accurate analysis. The amounts of lead in fish determined by the method are in good accordance with those measured in dissolved acid - digested samples. The t - test shows that no difference is found.
