摘要 目的:应用弧菌显色培养基进行多种弧菌分离的可行性.方法:对120份海(水)产品经碱性蛋白胨水增菌后接种分离于科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基(CV),37℃×18~20 h培养后观察各菌的生长情况,挑选各种颜色菌落纯培养后由微生物鉴定药敏分析仪鉴定其菌属.结果:在海(水)产品的多种弧菌分离鉴定中,不同的弧菌在CV上显示不同的颜色.结论:易于观察,操作简单,大大地减少了工作量和试剂的消耗量,适合在基层推广使用. Objective:The feasibility to isolate many type of Vibrio by Vibrio chromogenic medium was studied. Methods:Mter bacterial enrichment in alkaline peptone water, 120 samples of marine products were inoculated in CHROMager Vibrio colored medium (CV) and incubated at 37℃ for 18 -20 h. Following this, bacterial colony with different color was chosen to purify according to its growth and character, and identified by microbiology identification and antibiotic susceptibility analysis instrument. Results:In the isolation and identification of Vibrio in marine products, different type of Vibrio in CHROMager Vibrio colored medium (CV) showed different color. Conclusion:The method is simple and the result is observed easily. Moreover, the method can reduce a great deal of workload and wastage of reagent, so it is suitable for application in grass roots.
