A valuation report leads the reader from the definition of valuation problem through analysis and relevant descriptive data to a specific conclusion. The length, type, and content of valuation reports are dictated by the intended use and purpose of the valuation, the nature and complexity of the problem to be solved, and the information needs of the intended user （or users）.
