茎叶适口性甘薯品种的筛选 被引量:1

Screening test of sweet potato varieties for vegetable use

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,随着绿色食品的兴起,一些国家和地区利用甘薯生长期间的特点,将其作为一种无公害的蔬菜来开发。为了提高菜用甘薯品种的品质和产量,对国内外引种的35个甘薯品种,经过3 a以上的种植及农艺性状鉴定,筛选出适合本地栽培、产量较高、适口性好、营养价值高的将军紫薯、紫叶薯、栗子红等甘薯菜用品种。
