一种大型工业三电控制系统网络构建的实践

摘要 介绍了宝钢1880mm热轧带钢厂三电控制网络控制的技术方法、网络规格参数、特点和功能等。还介绍了监控以太网、东芝V3000 PLC与PLC之间的控制网TC-net,L1级PLC与东芝传动系统通讯的Tosline-S20,PLC与现场操作触摸屏通讯现场控制总线的Devicenet及PLC与主操作台通讯的远程RIO通讯FL-net。最后结合设计经验,就上述部分通讯方案的选择理由、过程和三热轧的三电网络作了总体评述。 The technical means, network specifications, characteristics and functions of the EIC ( electric-instru- ment-computer) control networks of Baosteel 1880mm hot rolling line are introduced, together with a supervision Ethernet, a control network (TC-net) between TOSHIBA V3000 PLC and PLC, Tosline-S20 between L1 PLC and TOSHIBA drive network, the local network (bus) Device-net between PLC and touch screen communication for field operation, and the FL-net between PLC and main operation platform for remote RIO communication. Finally, the selection reasons for the above-mentioned communication schemes, process and the EIC networks for No. 3 Hot Rolling Line are estimated in combination with the design experience.
