广东省惠州市南北城区沿线区域空间开发策略

A Research on Spatial Development Strategies along the North and South Urban Area of Huizhou City

随着惠州市行政区划的调整以及惠澳和惠南大道的修建,联系惠州市南北两个中心城区的沿线地区区位优势彰显,城市开发进程加快,对这一地区土地的高效利用和空间开发战略的研究,是在新一轮发展阶段中保证惠州城市功能继续提升以及城市快速、协调、可持续发展的重要手段。鉴于此,作者依据空间结构研究的经典理论,提出惠州市南北城区沿线地区空间开发策略:将惠州市区内部的城市发展轴融入到珠三角大都市区中;对区域发展优势条件进行合理组织、优化,形成系统集成的城市综合发展走廊;形成一轴两带、两个城市服务中心、九个发展单元的空间形态。这将对惠州的城市建设和珠江三角洲东北部地区的发展及整个珠江三角洲的网络化建设均具有重要的学术价值和实际意义。

With the readjustment of administrative divisions and the construction of Hui-Ao and Hui-Nan Avenue, the advantage of regional position is evident along the north and south urban area of Huizhou, and the speed of the urban development is accelerating, studying the strategies of efficient use of land and space development can guarantee to promote the urban function, speed and coordinate the sustainable development of Huizhou city in the new period. So the paper proposes the strategies according to the classical theory of space structure： incorporating the area with the metropolitan district of Zhujiang Delta; organizing and optimizing its advantage conditions to form the integrated development corridor , building a spatial structure with one axle, two cingulums, two urban service centres and nine development units. An important academic value and practical meaning for Huizhou urban construction and the development of northeast area of Zhujiang Delta and the networked construction of the whole Zhujiang Delta can be seen in this paper.
