摘要 探讨LC-MS技术在快速发现和鉴定药物的微量有关物质及代谢产物中的应用,简述LC-MS技术应用原理,介绍LC-MS技术用于药物有关物质和代谢产物快速发现与鉴定的典型实例。 The application of LC-MS method in the quick discovery and identification of trace drug-related substances and metabolites was discussed. The application principle was elucidated briefly. The typical examples in the application were introduced.
