不同产地太子参的质量比较研究

Comparison of Quality of Radix Pseudostellariae from Different Habitats

目的分析比较不同产地太子参的质量。方法用分光光度法测定皂苷、多糖含量;冷浸法测定水浸出物含量;原子荧光光度法测定砷、汞、镉含量。结果不同产地的太子参皂苷、多糖、水浸出物及砷、汞、镉含量有一定差异,但道地产区皂苷含量较高。结论为太子参药材的质量评价及发展道地药材生产提供了依据。

Objective To compare the quality of Radix Pseudostellariae from different growing area. Methods The contents of saponins and polysaccharose were determined by spectrophotometry , the content of extraction was determined by cold drawn method and the contents of As , Hg and Cd were determined by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy. Results The contents of saponins, polysaccharose, extraction and As, Hg, Cd were different in Radix Pseudostellariae from different growing area, but the contents of saponins were higher in genuine growing area. Conclusion It provided the valuable basis for quality assessment of Radix Pseudostellariae and development production of genuine chinese medicine material.
