摘要
目的 建立消炎止痢灵片中苦参碱的含量测定方法;方法采用Phenomenex Luna氨基键合柱（5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm）;乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸溶液（80∶10∶10）为流动相;检测波长为220 nm.结果 理论塔板数按苦参碱峰计算应不低于2 000,苦参碱的线性范围为0.25～5 μg,r=0.998 8,回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.6%.结论 本方法灵敏、准确,可用于消炎止痢灵片的质量控制.
Objective To determine matrine content in Xiaoyan Zhililing tablets ; Methods Phenomenex Luna NH2 （5μm,250mm × 4.6mm ） unlalytical column was used; mobile phase as acetonitril-ethanol-3% phosphoric acid（80： 10： 10） ,detection wavelength at 220nm. Results The linear range of matrine content determination was from 0.25 μg - 8 μg, r = 0.999 3. The recovery Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive, accurate and preparation.
