摘要
目的对马兜铃酸类物质现代分析检测技术的应用进行了评价。方法介绍了HPLC、HPLC/MS、MS的应用实例。结果和结论对怀疑含有马兜铃酸类物质的药用植物和中成药的检测应引起重视。
Objective To discuss applying modem analysis and testing technology for analysis and detection materials of aristolochic acid. Methods An example of application was introduced by HPLC, HPLC/MS and MS. Results and Conclusion It should pay much attention to be doubted contained materials of aristolochic acids from medicinal plants and Chinese Patent medicines.
