摘要
目的确定β-环糊精包合小儿腹泻外敷凝胶中挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法以包合物产率和挥发油利用率为评价指标,比较了饱和水溶液法、超声法、研磨法包合的优劣;并采用L9(34)正交实验对超声法进行工艺优选。结果确定超声法来制备此挥发油β-环糊精包合物,最佳制备工艺为:挥发油与环糊精投料比为1∶6,温度为40℃,超声时间15min。结论优选工艺简单、稳定、快速、可行。
Objective To study optimum inclusion conditions for volatile oil from Xiao＇er Fuxie Waifu gel. Methods Three different kinds of method were compared with yield rate of inclusion compound and utility rate of volatile oil as indexes, and the inclusion process with ultrasonic wave was evaluated by L9 （ 3^4 ） orthogonal experiment. Results The optimum condition was 1 ： 6 of the volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin, shaking by ultrasonic wave for 15 minutes at 40℃. Conclusion The optimized process is simple, stable, and highly efficient.
