吉林省的农业保险模式相对落后,改革目前的农业保险模式是吉林省经济发展的内在要求。吉林省农业保险模式的创新应以专业性农业保险公司为依托、大力发展政策性保险,建立再保险、农业巨灾风险基金和农业风险预警机制,并发挥吉林省的科研优势。

The innovation of Jilin province＇s agricultural insurance model should base on the professional agricultural insurance companies to expand the policy-related agricultural insurance, and construct the trans-province reinsurance company, agricultural disaster risk fund and the risk early warning system. Jilin province should also utilize it＇ s scientific research capability.
