With the improvement of quality and reliability, the market of communication is expanding rapidly. The broad application of DVB-S system provides a new way of the transmission of VolP. In order to analyze and manage the real time data effectively, the paper introduces the principle of communication in the DVB-S system, analyzes the Multi-protocol encapsulation and H. 323 protocol, gives the flow of Phonetic Incepting in the DVB-S channel, and validates the feasibility.
