正骨手法加夹板外固定治疗小儿先天性马蹄内翻足62例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 62 Cases of Infantile Congenital Talipes Equinovarus with Bone-setting Manipulation and External Fixation with Plywood

目的:观察正骨手法加塑形镀锌铁夹板治疗小儿先天性马蹄内翻足的临床疗效。方法:采用中医正骨手法按摩,塑形镀锌铁夹板外固定,中药熏洗,功能锻炼,穿矫形鞋综合治疗先天性马蹄内翻足62例共92只足。结果:92只足中,优:52只;良:35只;可:2只;差:3只,优良率达94.57%。结论:运用中医正骨手法加塑形镀锌铁夹板外固定进行规范化治疗小儿先天性马蹄内翻足可取得满意疗效。

Objective ： To observe therapeutic effect of bone - setting manipulation and molding plywood plated zinc and iron on infantile congenital talipes equinovarus. Method： these methods, massaging with bone - setting manipulation, external fixation with molding plywood plated zinc and iron, washing with Chinese crude drugs and functional exercise, wearing orthopedic shoe, were used to treat 62 cases（92 foots） of congenital talipes equinovarus. Result： In 92 foots, the excellent were 52 foots, the fine 35 foots, the common 2 foots and the bad 3 foots, the excellent and fine rate was 94.57%. Conclusion ： The combined therapeutic methods can get satisfied effect to treat infantile congenital talipes equinovarns.
