摘要
目的:了解现阶段护理学生的应对方式现状,为改进护理专业人才培养模式探索新的思路。方法:编制应对方式问卷,采取整群随机抽样法,发放问卷523份,回收有效问卷502份。结果:一年级学生依次采取的应对方式是解决问题、求助、幻想、退避、合理化和自责;而三年级学生依次是解决问题、求助、退避、合理化。结论:护理专业学生的应对方式总的来说是极积的,但还需加强对学生的应对能力训练。
Objective: Through learning current status on coping styles of nursing students at the present stage, to exploring thinking ways for improving cultural mode/of professional nurse. Method: The questionnaires of coping styles were created, by taking random sampling in all students, five hundreds and twenty - three pieces of questionnaires were distributed and recovered 502 pieces of effective questionnaires. Result: The coping styles were to solve the problem, help, imagination, retreat, rationalization and self-a- buse at one grade students by turns, but at three grades students, these were to solve the problem, help, retreat, rationalization. Conclusion: The coping styles in the students of nursing profession were active, but it is necessary to strengthen the training of coping ability of students.
