摘要
目的:探讨pleiotrophin(PTN)和midkine(MK)mRNA在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)中的表达及意义。方法:采用病例对照研究方法,以35例EMs患者在位和异位子宫内膜(研究组)以及25例非EMs妇女子宫内膜(对照组)为样本,应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测PTN、MK mRNA的表达。结果:研究组在位内膜中PTN和MK表达均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);异位内膜PTN mRNA表达高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。EMs在位内膜中PTN、MK mRNA表达与内异症的临床期别呈正相关。无论增殖期或分泌期,EMs在位内膜中PTN、MK表达均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:EMs患者在位子宫内膜组织中PTN和MK表达的变化可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展有关。
Objective:To study the clinical significance and expression of F'TN and MK mRNA in endometriosis. Methods: The expression of F'TN and MK mRNA were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) method in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of 35 patients with endometriosis and in endometrium of 25 patients without endometriosis. Results:The expressions of PTN and MK in the the eutopic endometrium with endometriosis were higher than those in the normal endometrium( P 〈0.01 ). The expression of PTN in ectopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis was higher than that in endometrium of the normal women( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of PTN and MK in the eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis were positively correlated with the clinical stages of the endometriosis. In the whole menstrual period, the expression levels of PTN and MK in the eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis were higher than those in the normal endometrium ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The changes of expressions of PTN and MK in eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis may be related to the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
