Analysis on the Sociological Factors of Influencing the Old People's Health Self-perfection in Shanghai

研究社会学因素与老年人健康自我完好的关系,对提高老年人的生活质量、促进健康老龄化建设及构建和谐社会的理论、实践两方面都有很大价值。结果表明,健康需求的满足程度是影响老年人生活质量的突出问题,身体锻炼频度与社区活动参与程度是对健康自我完好预测权重最大、解释能力最强的变量。这一结果为政策制定与引导老年人实现个人健康老龄化提供了理论依据。

The study on the relationship between the sociological factors and the old people＇s health self-perfection is of great value. It is conducive not only to the improvement of the old people＇ s quality of life but also to the construction of a healthy aging society and the formation of the theory and practice of a harmonious society. The results of this study indicate that the satisfactory degree on health demand is a noticeable problem which affects the old people＇ s quality of life. The frequency of physical exercises and the participation in community activities are the most weighing variables which forecast and well-explain the health self-perfection. These results provide the theoretical basis for the establishment of policies. It also serves as guidance to the old people for the realization of their personal healthy ageing.
