摘要
运用问卷调查法、文献资料法对西安市女性健身俱乐部市场的调查分析。结果表明:1)女性健身者比例的增加是市场潜在的动力。2)女性健身者的锻炼动机是市场运行的杠杆。3)健身俱乐部多种经济成分并存,是市场运行的手段。4)健身俱乐部经营项目多样、设施档次各异,是价值规律的体现。5)健身俱乐的环境和健身指导员的素质是女性健身者动荡的因素。因此以文化的内涵为出发点,探索健身俱乐部的发展模式,充实管理内容,完善训练实践体系,丰富健身锻炼手段,增加训练形式,展示女性内在魅力。
Questionnaire and literature review were used in this paper to investigate the market of female fitness clubs in Xian Cir. It is found that the increase of females doing exercises to keep fit is a latent momentum to the market; the motive of females doing fitness is a lever of market operation; co - existence of various economic elements in fitness club is a means of market operation; the variety of activities and different facilities is symbolic of the law of value; The environment of fitness club and the quality of fitness instructors are the factors that affect the flow of club members. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize the essence of culture, and explore the developmental mode of fitness clubs, enrich the contents of their management, better training system, create more training methods and means, and display female inner charisma.
