盐酸维拉帕米对有氧训练大鼠心肌细胞钙离子的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Verapamil on Rat's Myocardial Calcium after Aerobic Exercises

摘要 目的:研究L-型钙通道阻滞剂盐酸维拉帕米练对有氧训练大鼠心肌细胞钙离子转运功能的影响,以探讨L-型钙通道在有氧训练诱导的大鼠心肌肥厚发生中的变化。方法:采用跑台训练方式,建立大鼠有氧运动模型,运用激光共聚焦方法观察急性分离的大鼠心肌细胞钙离子转运的特点。结果表明:与安静对照组相比,有氧训练组加入维拉帕米后,大鼠心肌细胞钙离子荧光强度发生显著变化(p<0.01);两组分别再加入异丙肾上腺素后,有氧训练组胞浆钙荧光强度的降低幅度显著高于安静对照组(P<0.01)。表明维拉帕米可抑制有氧运动诱导的大鼠心肌细胞肥大,同时降低心肌细胞[Ca2+]i,降低大鼠心肌细胞L-型钙通道的丰度和功能。 To Study effects of Verapamil on rat' s myocardial calcium transport after aerobic exercises and study the changes of L-type calcium channel in myocardial hypertrophy, the model of aerobic training using treadmill training and the analysis of the traits using LCSM are made. There are very clear changes between aerobic training and sedentary group. After entering Isoproterenol, fluorescence intensity of rat myocardial calcium through aerobic exercise are higher than sedentary group. Therefore, Verapamil can depress myocardial hypertrophy of rat induced by aerobic training and decrease [ Ca^2+ ] I and the function of L-type calcium channel.
