优秀女子自行车运动员踝关节肌群肌力矩—角度曲线特征的测试研究

摘要 踝关节运动是自行车运动技术中一个非常重要的环节。通过对踝关节肌群的等动测试研究,有助于对踝关节肌力特征进一步认识,对下肢运动及运动仿真研究也有一定的借鉴作用;结合运动专项研究,可以直接或间接服务于运动训练。应用等动测试系统(Cybex-6000)对8名优秀女子自行车运动员踝关节肌群进行等动向心测试,测试设置60°/s、120°/s、180/°s三个速度档次。测试中,每个运动员每一速度做4次测试。研究结果显示:踝关节肌群肌力矩—角度曲线的极大值出现在起始侧,曲线较平滑且为单峰;踝关节背屈肌群的峰力矩角度随着测试速度呈现高速提前的趋势,而跖屈肌群的APT却呈现相反的趋势。 We all know that ankle activities are an important technological link in the cycling. This isokinetic study on ankle muscles will help to make further recognition of the features of ankle muscle strength and help to make the study of lower limbs activities and sport coping. Furthermore, this study concerning the ankle muscles will give reference to the cycling training directly and indirectly. Using the Cybex-6000 dynamic strength test system, we can carry out the ankle isokinetic contraction test of 8 excellent cycle athletes. During this test, we set 3 different kinds of speed grades as 60°/s, 120°/s , 180°/s and each athlete was asked to do 4 times at each speed. The peak torque appears at the beginning side of the torque-angel curve. And the curve is gentle and smooth with single peak. The APT of ankle muscle dorsiflexor moves ahead with speed while the APT of plantarllexor is contrary.
