沿海发达地区儿童青少年骨发育和生长水平的特征研究

Research on the Characteristics of the Growth and Development of Children's Bones

以4973名温州城市汉族青少儿为样本,以《中华05》和《CHN》标准评价各年龄组的骨龄,并与北方沿海城市大连儿童青少年相比较。结果:温州儿童青少年骨发育也表现出了加速的长期趋势。温州儿童出生后各年龄组的身高、体重低于大连儿童,5岁以下儿童期和青春期更为显著。但除了5岁以下的温州女孩骨发育比大连儿童延迟0.3-0.6岁外,其余各年龄组儿童青少年的骨发育速度基本一致。结论:修订标准《中华05》适用于温州儿童青少年;温州与大连儿童成年身高、体重的差异主要由5岁以下年龄段和青春期的生长差异所致。

The subjects were 4973 children aged 3-18 years from Wenzhou city. Skeletal ages were estimated by the revised standards of skeletal maturity and CHN method, respectively. The growth and development of Wenzhou children were compared with Dalian children. In last 20 years, the secular trend of accelerated skeletal development was present in Wnezhou children. The height and weight of each age group were significantly different between Wenzhou and Dalian children. Wenzhou children were small in height and weight, compared with Dalian children, especially at 3-5 years and adolescence. But the skeletal maturity of all age groups were approximately identical in Wenzhou and Dalian children, except that the skeletal age of Wenzhou girls under 5 years groups were delayed by 0.3-0.6 years in relation to Dalian children. The revised standards of skeletal maturity can be applicable to Wenzhou children. The differences of adult height between Wenzhou and Dalian children are mainly brought by the differences of height before 5 years and in adolescence.
