摘要
近年来,核心力量训练在竞技体育训练中引起了很多人的关注,但是关于运动员核心力量训练的研究,在国内学术界却是个新的研究课题。通过论述其概念,并结合实践经验阐明核心训练在提高运动员成绩方面的作用及要义,并根据与运动训练相关的理论知识,提出了关于核心力量训练的方法和注意事项,归纳了基本的训练思路,为当前竞技运动员的训练和从事此方面研究的学者提供参考性建议。
Recently, the core strength training has aroused many people's interests in athletics training, but the research on athletes' core strength training is still a new topic in the domestic academic research. By elaborating its concepts and unifying the experiences, it is pointed out that core training is an important aspect in enhancing the athletes' performance. According to the relative training theories, the methods and some advices about core training axe put forward, and the basic training thought is summarized, in order to provide the referential suggestions to scholars who are engaged in these studies and athletics training.
