Based on the study and analysis results of the sport technology at home and abroad in recent yeats, the author analyzes its technology character from the view of philosophy and illuminates the essence of the athletics in details. The connotation and concept of the football skill with ball are researched, in order to unclose its characteristics, master its trend, and consequently definite the training contents and the direction of the football skill with ball.
