舞龙舞狮是一种集体育、武术、舞蹈、音乐、艺术于一体的体育运动,艺术表现力是舞龙舞狮运动员动作完美的体现,也是运动员表现动作丰富的情感和完成动作质量的体现。目前我国舞龙舞狮运动员还存在较大差距。将从表演意识、身体素质、动作质量和对音乐的理解等方面来探讨舞龙狮运动员艺术表现力的培养,旨在有效提高舞龙狮运动员的艺术表现力、从整体上提高该项目的运动成绩。

Dragon and Lion Dance is a sport integrated with martial arts, dance, music and art, of which athlete＇s artistic expression embodies their perfect movements, rich feeling and acting quality. At present, our nation＇ s Dragon and Lion Dance athletes still cannot meet this demand. This article tries to probe into fostering Dragon and Lion Dance athletes＇ ability of artistic expression through their demonstrative sense, physical quality and understanding music, in order to effectively improve Dragon and Lion Dance athletes＇ ability of artistic expression and general performance level.
