摘要
从金山湖天然水体中筛选出具有生态安全性的土著氨化、硝化、亚硝化、反硝化细菌,通过细菌筛选、载体制备、运行工艺选择等对固定化细菌流化床脱氮效果进行研究。结果表明,种群未出现衰退现象,且一直保持高效的氮转换能力;采用辐射技术合成的生物相容性固定化载体具有良好的微孔结构,并且使用寿命长,机械强度高;设计的流化床反应器,以SBR及连续曝气两种方式进行运行试验,脱氮效果稳定,可重复性高,对氨氮的去除率>90%,对总氮的去除率约为60%~70%。在连续曝气试验中,固定化细菌显示出了良好的同步硝化反硝化性能,为该方法实现工业化奠定了基础。
Indigenous ammonibacteria, nitrifying bacteria, nitrosobacteria and denitrifying bacteria with ecosafety were screened from natural water of Jinshan Lake. The nitrogen removal effect by immobilized bacteria in fluidized bed was studied by means of bacteria screening, carrier preparation, selection of operation process and so on. The result shows that the community is not deteriorated, and keeps an effective ability for nitrogen transformation. The biocompatible immobilized carriers synthetized by radiation technology have fine microcellular structure, long service life, and high mechanical strength. When the fluidized bed is operated with SBR and continual aeration, the nitrogen removal effect is stable and the reusability is high. The removal rate of NH4^+ - N is more than 90% , and the removal rate of TN is about 60% to 70%. The result of the continual aeration test shows that the immobilized bacteria can realize the simultaneous nitrification and denitrification well, which lays a foundation for its industrialization.
