摘要
由于上下游设备的升级,COMFLEX-1卷烟贮存输送系统的性能已不能满足生产需求,为此,对该设备进行了升级改造:增加缓冲区的容量以提升额定工作能力;改进物流横截面等以改善烟支质量;采用阀岛技术对气动系统进行了改进;电气系统采用了变频控制和PROFIBUS总线。升级改造后的COMFLEX-1扩大了设备的使用范围,提高了系统的生产能力及自动化水平,系统运行更加稳定和可靠。
In the wake of the upgrade of upstream and downstream equipment, COMFLEX-1 linkage system is no longer up to the requirements of production in terms of throughput and performance. The system was upgraded as following: enlarging buffer area adapting to higher throughput; changing the way of cigarettes elevation from a mass flow of varied cross section to a mass flow of circular uniform cross section; upgrading the pneumatic system with valve-island; and upgrading the electrical system with frequency conversion control and PROFIBUS. The application range of upgraded COMFLEX-1 was expanded, the capacity and automation of the system were improved, and the running of the system was stabler and more reliable.
