摘要
团队文化和小团体文化都隶属于企业文化,团队文化与小团体文化对我国企业管理具有重要意义。文章主要对团队文化和小团体文化的差异进行了比较分析,要求企业应更多注重团队文化的培养,但这并不意味着全盘否定小团体文化,团队文化应该取其精华来不断完善自己。只有这样,企业才能适应经济环境的变化。
The team culture and the clique culture all subordinate in the enterprise culture, they all have the vital significance to the business management of our country. This article mainly carries on the comparative analysis to the difference between the team culture and the clique culture, and suggests the enterprise should take more attention to raise the team culture. But it does not simply mean the clique culture should be totally denied. The correct procedure is that the team culture should take its essence to consungnate itself unceasingly . Only in this way, can the enterprise suit itself to the changes of economic environment.
