摘要
本文通过化学液相还原法采用不同的阴离子还原剂制备了超级电容器电极材料二氧化锰.实验表明,还原剂酸碱度的不同对产物表观颜色也有着明显影响.TEM表明所制备的MnO2均为棒状体,以NaHSO3还原所制备的样1分布最均匀,通过电化学测试比较,样1表现出更好的电容特性,在电位窗口0~1.0V、电流密度为5 mA·cm^-2时,其首次放电比容值为255.59 F·g^-1,在循环700次后比容值为242.57 F·g-^1,容量损失仅5.12%.
Manganese Dioxide was prepared by chemical reduction method with various anion reducing agent. The acidity - alkalinity of reagents had effect on the coulor of the samples from the experiments. TEM results indicated that MnO2 prepared were all of rod - like structures. The sample 1 reduced by NaHSO3 distributed equalitier, electrochemical measurement revealed that the sample 1 had the highest capacity, it showed good Capacitance Property in the voltage window (0 - 1.0V) measured by CV. The specific capacitance of MnO2 is 237.39 F·g^-1at 5 mA ·cm^-2 at first cycle and 242.57 F · g^-1 after 700 cycle ,the loss of the capacitance was only 5.12%.
